All sales are final. Products that are damaged in transit or incorrect orders may be returned. 

If a product has been damaged in transit or if you have received an incorrect order, contact our customer service within 24hrs of the Delivery date. Customers must include a photo of the issue as well as the confirmation email. We will respond promptly and insure that your proper order is placed and sent out. If the replacement item is not availble, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Sugared Beauti! All of our orders are shipped via usps. After you have placed your order, you will receive an email update along with your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Processing and Delivery times

Processing times generally take between 5-10 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Additionally, nationwide and and global shipping delays such as inclement weather or holiday volumes may effect your estimated Delivery date.

Tracking Your order 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you have received your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update
